At the fourth and last floor with elevator, the duplex – which we keep in excellent condition – is positioned in the center of the building, facing Mont Blanc.

Location
Le Rami residence was built in 1998 by Pierre et Vacances, to make it a luxury residence. It is located in a quiet area, 400 m from the village and shops.
The slope, which leaves from the Vanoise Express (Les Arcs link) and joins Montchavin, passes at the foot of the building. When you get out of the ski lockers, you walk around the building… and put on your shoes!

On the ground floor:
– Entrance with cupboard and storage area.
– Living room of 17 m2, high ceiling (linked to the duplex) with sofa-bed (160 x 190 or twice 80 x 190), two large armchairs, sideboard and cabinet, large dining table and chairs for 6 people; integrated kitchen.
– Closed cabin bedroom, high ceiling, with the possibility of either having two single bunk beds (80 x 190), or having a double bed (150 x 190. It is also possible to have three single beds (two of 80 x 190 and one of 70 x 190), but access to the upper bed may be difficult. The bedroom is equipped with a closet/wardrobe.
– Sanitary corner with WC and washbasin.
– Balcony (7 m2).
Upstairs:
Access from the entrance by internal staircase:
– Closed bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), chest of drawers, closet / wardrobe. A large chest at the head of the bed contains a baby cot, a baby chair and more pillows and blankets.
– Bathroom with washbasin, bath, toilet, towel radiator.

– Induction hob, dishwasher, combined small electric oven / microwave, “table top” refrigerator.
